Herbed Olive Oil Portions
What you need:
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Various Herbs (Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano.... your favorites)
- Ice cube trays
What you'll do:
- Pull whole leaves off stems, careful not to tear the leaves.
- Place herbs as desired for cooking use, as desired. Combining or not as needed. Fill with oil.
- Place in freezer, allow to freeze. Remove from ice cube trays, put into air tight freezer container or freezer bag.
- Enjoy cooking with your own fresh herbed olive oil in perfect portions for use when sautéing and frying foods.
